Trading is the art of generating income without killing people.

Basics[edit | edit source]

  • One important facet of Naval Action is that commodities you can buy and sell are not fixed in price. The prices fluctuate constantly and trade routes are established and disappear very fast.
  • The general rule of thumb is that the longer the distance, the higher the return. Short trade routes tend to be overused and the market is rapidly saturated, leading to diminishing returns very fast.
